February 14th, 2011 : Tasting to find the final proportions of grapes.

We have tasted the red B 2010, and finding the combination satisfactory. The next step will be to filter the residue and unstable elements (proteins) before beginning the bottling process at the end of May.
At the same time we have decided on the final proportions for our first rosé, the “B” Rosé.
It will be made up of 30% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 30% Cinsault, giving it a light pink hue leaning towards litchi and grapefruit.
The rosé will be bottled at the end of March and available for sale from April 15th.
